Colourpop Haul

Ive got something important to share with you. I finally placed a Colourpop Cosmetics order.

And I’m in love.

I’ve been lusting after many of the Colourpop cosmetics products ever since seeing KathleenLights and Shaaanxo reviewing them on YouTube.

I was the most excited for their plethora of lip goodies; the brand has so many colors in many different formulas, so I knew I had to pick up a selection of them all. Although, as you’ll see below, I apparently like a specific color family….

Lippie Stix Review: Both the satin and matte finishes were insanely smooth to apply. They felt buttery and didn’t settle into fine lines. In addition, the color payoff was fantastic and lasted several hours- which for a lipstick is amazing. Also, they are $5.00 each- amazeballs.

Ultra Matte Review: Love. Love. These matte lipsticks have such amazing pigmentation and are only $6.00. They don’t feel sticky or thick either.

Ultra Satin Review: I didn’t know anything about this formula, but it seems very similar to the Ultra Matte. The only main difference is that it doesn’t mattify, it remains a little slick on the lips and also feels like it has a bit thicker of a formula. Again, $6.oo for this goodie.

Finish: Satin
Color: A pinky/peach with a hint of brightness- this color is definitely not a nude, but not too bright either.

Finish: Matte X
Color: This color is a perfect dusty rose hue. Would be an incredible nude/pink on darker skin and makes a nice deep mauve color on my pale skin.

Finish: Ultra Matte Lip
Color: Chi is a beautiful yellow based nude. It doesn’t wash you out, and manages to make any look chic and put-together.

Frick N Frack

Finish: Ultra Satin Lip
Color: This color came out a bit darker than I expected, however was still stunning. It is a deep mauve/brown shade and would look incredible with matte eyeshadow and a thick dramatic winged liner.

Finish: Ultra Matte Lip
Color: Im obsessed with this muted bright pink. This color is perfect for any season and I can’t wait to wear it to death this summer.

Finish: Ultra Matte Lip
Color: Muted, sexy and clean, this color is anything but basic. Trap is so unique in its grey/brown/nude/pink mix of tones.

Eyeshadow Review: I’m going to start by saying these are the most buttery eyeshadows I have ever touched. The website says for betting color payoff, apply directly to the lid with a finger- and they are completely accurate. They blend easily with your fingers or with a fluffy brush and can be built up for an even more dramatic color. Oh and did I mention that they only cost $5.00 each?! *swoon*

Finish: Satin
Color: a lighter shade, this color is a camel/orange-toned brown

Game Face

Finish: Ultra Metallic
Color: this color is a very metallic brown-orange.

Vanity Fair

Finish: Pearlized
Color: This color is almost a purple/grey toned brown. Very unique and a great crease color!

Finish: Pearlized
Color: True metallic rose gold, this color is STUNNING.

Overall, I am 1000000% in love with these products. I absolutely recommend them all, especially for their low price and high quality. The ordering and shipping process was a breeze, and the packaging is adorable.

So, if you don’t mind me, I will be on filling out a new order….

p.s.- what are your fave colourpop goodies?? Id love some recommendations!
